Alpenfirn holiday apartment

House rules

To ensure that all guests feel comfortable

To ensure that your stay is pleasant and relaxing, we have put together a few simple rules. They help to ensure that all guests can use our holiday apartments and the surrounding area respectfully – so that the holiday remains enjoyable for young and old alike.

House rules – Alpenfirn holiday home

1. It is forbidden to walk around the apartments wearing heavy footwear (ski boots, snowboard boots and hiking boots). These must be stored together with ski equipment in the designated room on the ground floor. Where possible, slippers should be worn in the holiday apartments.

2. After 9.30 p.m., we kindly ask you to be considerate of other guests:

  • not to play music or make noise
  • do not run the bath
  • not to set the television or radio louder than room volume

3. Damaged or missing inventory must be reported to the owner. This must be replaced to the landlord in cash, not in kind.

4. The tenant is requested to:

  • refrain from smoking in the apartment.
  • to leave the dishes clean.
  • to strip the beds on the morning of departure.
  • Do not leave any rubbish in the apartment. (No 5.)

5. In the interests of the environment, we separate our waste. The appropriately labelled plastic containers are located on the ground floor in the ski and boot room. Please note which waste must be disposed of in the regular rubbish bin! Saas-Fee has a system of ‘rubbish bag fees’. One bag is provided by the landlord. Additional bags can be purchased from the landlord at a price of CHF 2.60 per bag. Full rubbish bags must be deposited in the rubbish shed at the bottom of the street.

6. The tenant must settle the final bill in cash. The tenant is requested to contact the landlord at least 2 days before departure to settle the final bill.

7. On the day of departure, the flat must be vacated by 9 a.m. at the latest.
